Key Achievements:
• Workplace Strategy - sourcing and setting up temp workplace options during COVID-19 nearer athletes’ homes to alleviate any additional COVID stress.
• Creating and curating corporate wellness programme for UK which becameEMEA programme. Pivoting first to hybrid wellness programme and rolling outMental Health First Aiders in UK & Ireland.
• Delivering new Nike HQ amid Brexit and COVID.
• Ensuring universal design implemented at all locations.
• Health & Safety – Implementing H&S audits throughout portfolio moving workplaces from 70% to 98% across the whole portfolio.
• COVID-19 response, first location to experience cases in Nike and shaped response protocol for EMEA.
• Driving real estate conversations for wholesale portfolio in UK & Ireland, with CBRE for support and guidance.
• Employee Experience – moved sample sales online to ensure equity across the whole of UK & Ireland.
• Chief of Staff - supporting VP WD+C EMEA and managing agendas, coaching LT on wellbeing and leadership defined principles.
• Member of EMEA Meet Cancer and Ability networks. Led always by purpose, diversity, and equity.
• Spearheaded urbanity project – supporting the community around our locations to be more active.
